At the end of the book there is an area to create a checklist to keep you organized, there is a notes section for your thoughts as you read through, and an area to create and prep yourself for your future raises.
I recommend the printable version so you can write out all your goals and thoughts. It will have a cover and a back, with a spiral binding, and pages will be printed on front and back.
